In modern hurry society, obviously, there are some benefits of having a chance to work at home instead of traveling to the office every day. The most important one is that people can take this advantage to balance career and family better. However, in matter of employees (not self-employed), Isolated from their working team and circumstances, it also tends to have certain downsides. (63)

Considering the positive factors, first of all, working at home, people can manage their own time more efficiently and productively than traditionally at office. Since freeing from daily time-consuming traffics and typically effort-demanding trivialities in the offices, they can more engage in their own assignments and efficiently achieve their duty goals. In addition, instead of just with a cup of coffee chatting with colleagues, the typical may using the break times in the office, they can take the time to care their families, look after their little babies, clean their house, layout their gardens. It is extremely important, in some occasions, such as having enable patients and new born babies. In this productive way, family happiness will be improved and the confidence will be enhanced. Besides this, it is more economical, no traffic fees, no working suits, no baby-sitters, etc. and it also environments friendly, less transports, less fossil fuel. (150)

However, some essential skills would be weakened owing to the isolated work pattern. No matter how efficient the modern telecommunication, it is valuable to place people working in related fields together. The creativity flourishes where people come together face-to-face, and the new world largely depend on human creativity. Without the brainstorming, challenging arguments, people tend to lack this important ability in front of some tricky pursuits. In the same way, such group work skills are also gradually abandoned. Someday, if the alternative circumstances coming, they would fount it was difficult to readapt to the team work, cooperate with others and negotiated with others.  (103)
