Wet earth, coffee, black tea, ripe chery and orange, further enhanced by saline minerality. Fleshy and almost chewable, enlivened by vibrant acidity. Resolved & harmonious.

After an initial whiff of dairy aroma, soft & delectable
scents of mandarine orange & red apple greet the nose. The
echoing succulency of mandarine orange & red
apple caresses the taste bud, further enhanced by evolved flavors
of preserved plum. Complexities of caramel, walnut & coffee
emerge on the mid palate and extend onto the finish. With aeration
& warming up, a bright unctuosity & vinosity shine through.
And the charms of walnut, coffee & white chocolate
prevail.

We wait quite
a bit before the 2nd round, which is totally revealing! Now the
more evolved red & dark world of Pinot seems to have
disappeared into thin air, leaving with us almost a Blanc de Blancs
(white & yellow fruits with cream) of mega
aura
&
ageless poise. GREATS!
