Served upon uncorking. Exquisite lemon gold. Densely-packed fine bubbles in joyful effervescence.
Pure, ethereal nuances of flowers and fruit confit first greet the nose, and instantly transfer to a light touch of sea notes: sea breeze and oyster shell. Classy!
The bubbles explode on the taste buds, unleashing the impact of stony minerality which is immediately followed by the intensity of fruit confit and a toffee-like finish.
