My tasting notes:

Pale, bright yellow with greenish hue. Delicate mousse.

Well chilled, the nose is charming yet ethereal: the smiling malolactic aromas reminiscent of  fresh dairy only enhance the steely minerality at the core. The palate is creamy and ethereal at first attack, then it explodes into lime freshness and steely minerality. A cool flight of Chardonnay!

Warmed up, the wine becomes more generous and full. Ripe citrus, fig and hawthorne, spiced up by a nice touch of ginger and well supported by the mineral backbone. Sophisticated! 

Truly stylish, this elegant cuvee emphasizes finesse and depth, rather than richness or weight.

It would be interesting to meet her again in 3 years' time...
