约两年前在百盛百货公司看酒时，无意间看到此款智利特别的V.V. Chardonnay，价格不贵所以就毫不犹豫买了(当初唯一担心的是保存不当的问题)。此酒庄的红酒以前有喝过，质量相当不错，风格不是那么的现代作风，反而比较像传统法国波尔多红，所以我也期待此款白是否也有迷人之处。

Ch. Los Boldos在国内知名度并不太高(比起Montes、Concha y Toro、Cono Sur、Santa Rita等)，但实际上他在国际上的表现相当亮眼，得过多次奖项。相关酒庄介绍可看以下转贴自其它网站的简单描述。

开瓶时，酒还未倒入杯中，其香气就扑鼻而来，有着浓郁的坚果、奶油、椰子、木桶以及烘培香气，香气丰富但不持久易散。M-F body，口中香气不错且有些许奶油质感让口中感到柔软温暖，finsih过于短促，但整体表现不错。

1小时以后，酒体与香气就开始减弱了。

十足美国优质浓厚的Chardonnay风味，整体表现以此价格来看相当物超所值，并且能品尝到智利Chardonnay有此风格实属难得。
