画竹课程到上一课结束了，接着就画菊花，选择使用健毫的毛笔（如大白云笔＼兰竹笔），该笔含水量足，笔锋的弹性好，在画时的顿 折收缩自然．菊花采用双钩线条每笔勾勒出花瓣，墨色不宜过浓，用使用略淡些的墨色勾勒花瓣，一瓣一瓣地勾勒组合出画的形态，爱好者也跟着图例练习，如图画法的过程：

lesson 15.  The method of drawing chrysanthemum
We had ended the whole lessons of drawing the bamboo. Next, we are going to teach how to draw the chrysanthemum. First, choosing the strength brush like ( Dabaiyun brush or Lanzhu brush ), which is good in moisture and flexibility and naturally in making a pause and bend when drawing. Using double line to outline each of petal of Chrysanthemum, avoiding too dark color as drawing it and to make it’s combined shape perfectly.
