Psychological Changes in  Relaxation

Principles of Attitudinal Healing

 

Attitudinal healing is a spiritual philosophy which has as its foundation the teachings of A Course in Miracles. The principles of attitudinal healing are:

 

1.     The essence of our bejing is love.

 

2.     Health is inner peace. Healing is letting go of fear.

 

3.     Giving and receiving are the same.

 

4.     We can let go of the past and of the future.

 

5.     Now is the only time there is and each instant is for giving.

 

6.     We can learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than by judging.

 

7.     We can become love finders rather than fault finders.

 

8.     We can choose and direct ourselves to be peaceful inside regardless of what is happening outside.

 

9.     We are students and teachers to each other.

 

10.  we can focus on the whole of life rather than the fragments.

 

11.  Since love is eternal, death need not be viewed as fearful.

 

12.  we can always perceive others as either extending love or giving a call for help.

 

 

催眠师龙斯宇老师在英文读书会上这么说:

 

1.你被父母催眠了。他们一直说你好,你就好,说你差,你就差。

2.Train your mind. 人脑有个遥控器,想成为什么,选台好了。不能抱怨不喜欢,你自己选的。如果发现跑了台,赶快调回来。

3.如果这个世界,only plant and animal,you will feel no past,no future,今天是几号没有用,Time is now.

4.当你吃了一口好吃的,当你亲吻你的爱人,渴了就喝,饿了就睡,把握当下。把过去只当成时间,让可以funtion就好了,no more.  

5.Surrender to life, focus on now. Let life working for you, not agaist you.

6.Ego controls you, train your mind. Design to clam your mind.

7.思维是有力量的,you can transfer the energy,混水会变干净,水知道答案。 

8.这个世界自我激励的人在引导不自我激烈的人。

9.心想事成的原则是不要让自己处于匮乏状态,想象已经拥有的感觉。想象你的愿望已经发生了。好像你虽然还没有吃到柠檬,口水已经酸了。

10.我好像没有什么烦恼,有的话那就是,I am sex orientation, I am alone but not lonly.

11.More you identify with your mind, more you suffer.
