民间剪纸的独特魄力
　　
由于和民俗生活有着密不可分的关系，民间剪纸被称为“民俗剪纸艺术”。它是中国民间艺术中群众基础最深厚、地域性最广泛、文化内涵最丰富的文化形态。每当逢年过节人们都会用剪纸来表达祈福迎祥的美好愿望。
　　目前，以陕北剪纸为代表的中国剪纸艺术正在全力申报世界非物质文化遗产。民间剪纸早已蜚声海外，我国有16位剪纸艺人被文化部和联合国教科文组织授予“民间剪纸艺术大师”称号。让我们走近这些弥漫着乡野气息的剪纸艺术家和他们的作品。

库淑兰，陕西旬邑县赤道乡富村人，1920年出生。她的剪纸作品曾获中国民间艺术展大奖、金奖，在台湾举办过艺术研讨会，代表作品被法国、美国、德国、东南亚等国家收藏。1986年，她被联合国科教文组织授予“杰出中国民间艺术大师”称号。一顶顶的桂冠，一项项的荣誉，仿佛这都是传统剪纸的重新恢复的灿烂与辉煌。但是其实这一切丝毫也没有改变剪纸继续走向衰亡的命运。
