Learning Aims:
To get the general idea and some detailed information of “Oliver asks for more” and “ Dickens’ London”.
Learning Methods:
1. Use skimming and scanning method to finish the Self-learning part individually, meanwhile, preview new words of Module 3.
2. Discuss in groups to finish the Cooperation part.
Learning Procedures:
Step I.Self-learning:
Read the passage “Oliver asks for more”(P.30-31), then finish the following exercise.

helped by two women, served the soup and bread from this pot at
