课题:Unit 3 Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes.(2)

【学习目标】

1. 单词及短语:stay up,rule,by 10:00 pm,clean up .

2. 学会使用被动语态.

3.  重点句子:So do we.   I have to be home by 10:00 pm.

1.       重点句型的掌握及运用。

2.       培养学生阅读能力。

【教材助读】

一般现在时的被动语态:主语 + be ( am / is / are ) + 过去分词 + ------

【知识链接】

“也”不 相同:

1.also:肯定句中,较正式,既可表示两人干了同样的事,也可表示一个人干了两件事,通常位于be动词,助动词或情态动词之后,行为动词之前。

e.g.I can also do it.

I also wants some tea.

2.too: 肯定句中,多用于口语,通常用于句尾,前边用逗号隔开,或句中前后用逗号隔开。

e.g.Bob went to Beijing and Mary, too, went to Beijing.

He studies hard and I study hard, too. 

3.either:否定句中,表否定的也,通常用于句尾。

【导学释疑】

1.       Write down your rules at home use the strucures:

“You can...,       Don’t....”

2. Look at the picture in 3a and describe it..Read the conversation.

3. Read it again and write Sun Fei's and Wu Yu's rules in the chart.

4. Pairwork.

   Work in pairs to read the conversation in 3b and complete the last sentence.

   Ask students to cover the conversation in Activity 3a. Using the information in the chart, make new conversations in pairs.

【合作探究】

1. ---We have a lot of rules at my house.

----So do we.

“So do we.”是倒装句,其结构是“so+系动词/助动词/情态动词+主语”,意为“也”表示前者所情况同样适用于后者,时态应和上一句保持一致,前后两个句子的主语指不同的人或物。如:

Lucy is a nice girl.           Lily也是.                         

  Lucy has been to China.       Lily也是.                         

  Lucy can swim well.          Lily也是.                         

2.拓展延伸:

1)如果前面的句子是否定句,则要将so改为neither或nor.如:

If you don’t go to the park, neither/nor will I.

2)“so+主语+系动词/助动词/情态动词”,表示对前面所述情况作进一步肯定,意为“确实如此”,前后两个句子说明同一个人或物。如:

1.---Maria is a warm-hearted girl.

---So she is.(他确实是。)

Groupwork

Have students to ask different students in the class and find three people who have to follow each of the rules in the chart..
