1. Show the banana and orange.
T: Look, what’s this in my hand?
Ss: It’s a banana. (Maybe some students know the word.)
T: Do you like eating bananas?
Ss: Yes, we do.
(Write down “a banana” on the blackboard and read it. )
2. Present “orange” in the same way. Write “an orange” on the blackboard and read it. Show a bottle of orange juice and tell the students “orange” has another meaning“桔子汁”.
T: Suppose your birthday is coming. What do we need? First, we need a

books and so on.

We know Millie for a long time, so you are all her friends.
