巧 变 祈 使 句

推荐：英语教师网《新目标英语教科书》第一册（下）讲到了祈使句，其结构与用法相对简单，但在做“变祈使句”这类题时，学生往往会出现不少的错误。在此就做这类题的技巧谈谈我自己的看法，希望能够对初学者有所帮助。

一、陈述句变祈使句

1、陈述句含有情态动词“must”以及“have to”时，直接以这两个词后的动词开头变祈使句。例如：

a.  You must be in bed by 10:30 every night.→

Be in bed by 10:30 every night

b. You have to clean the classroom →

   Clean the classroom

2、陈述句含有情态动词的否定形式“mustn’t, can’t”时，变为祈使句的否定形式，即将“mustn’t, can’t”与前面的主语一起变为“Don’t”。例如：

You can’t speak in class. →

Don’t speak in class.

3、陈述句以“we”开头时，直接将“we”变为“le t’s”。例如：

We play tennis .→

Let’ s play tennis.

二、一般疑问句变祈使句

1、以“Can I”开头的一般疑问句，将“Can I”变为“Let me ”，将句末的“？”改为“.”。例如：

Can I help you with your English ? →

Let me help you with your English .

2、以“Could you help sb.”或“Can you help sb.”开头的一般疑问句直接以其后动词开头，将“？”变为“.”。例如：

Could you help me look after my flowers ? →

Look after my flowers .

另外，还须注意有时为了语气的委婉、客气，可以在祈使句句首或句末用“please”，在句末时，用逗号隔开。

练习：将下列句子变成祈使句。

1.You mustn’t talk in class. →

______ ______in class.

2.Could you help me take the book to the room ?

______ ______ ______to the room, please.

3.Can I have a look your photo ?

______ ______ have a look your photo .

4.You can’t eat too much .

_______  _______ too much .

5.You must go to school on time .

_______ _______ school on time .

6.We go to school together.

_______ ______ to school together .

答案：  1.Don’t talk   2.Take the book   3.Let me   4.Don’t eat    5.Go to       6.Let’s go
