1. Meat and fish are healthy food.
    不可数名词做主语时，谓语动词 用第三人称单数，但是如果有两个不可数名词，并且用and 连接，谓语动词要用复数。但如 果表示一道菜或 饭时，则谓语动词用单数。
 1) Rice is my favourite food.              米饭是我最喜欢的食物。
 2) Milk and Coke are my favourite drinks.   牛奶和可乐是我最喜欢的饮料。
  3) Bread and butter is my favourite  food.
       面包夹黄油是我最喜欢的食物。（面包夹黄油是一种食物）
2. Fruit and vegetables are healthy food but hamburgers and candy aren’t healthy food. （表转折）
