今天起跑前，陈军与义杰先做了物理治疗并且把脚捆得死紧。本日的预期目标为60公里，如果进度掌握得宜那就太好了。

同时，核心后勤团队的成员也决定在接下来的几天暂先不加入陪跑行列，我们三位跑者需要找回自己的节奏，并且学习无视其它干扰，专注于让彼此的步调更一致。短期来看有人陪跑当然很有激励效果，但是长远来说，毕竟是他们三人要共同完成一万公里的挑战，他们必须尽速找出彼此间的默契。

白斌对陈军而言无疑是个最佳典范。每天一结束当日进度回到营地，他就精力充沛的开始做些放松的活动，例如加入司机们的踢（足）球行列或者跳上脚踏车，他简直是营地的快乐泉源。每天早上他拆卸与打包完自己的露营装备后，就随着每5公里补给一次的频率持续做着50下的伏地挺身。在我们看来，跑步对他简直是轻而易举。他超赞的，而且我确信世界上各种耐力赛对他而言必定游刃有余。

我们已经建立起自己的露营系统了，不管是组装或拆卸整个营区都能在一小时内搞定。我们的团员也很团结互助，非常棒！今天Nur与我将离队先去拜访下个城市的市长，希望能替大家找个灯光美、气氛佳的好营地，速速搞定午餐与晚间的驻扎地点。不用想，今天又要再来示范「喝茶的艺术」了。

Chen Jun and Kevin needed physio treatment and some seemingly heavy strapping this morning before starting the days run. The plan is a 60km day; they will have done well if they manage that distance today.

The decision has been made for members of the support team not to join the runners for the next few days. The guys need to find a rhythm and learn to synchronize their pace without the distraction of others bouncing around behind them. It is undoubtedly a short term boost to have others there but in the long term it is the three of them running 10,000km and they need to find ‘the zone’, quickly.

Bai Bin is a superb role model for Chen Jun; as soon as he gets into camp he warms down vigorously, joins the drivers playing football, hops on a bike and is a joyful figure around camp. He takes down and packs his own tent in the morning and continues with his 50 push-ups at every 5km stop. It’s almost as if the running is easy for him. He is a great guy and I’m sure would challenge the very best in the world in any endurance running event.

A good camp system is developing, it broken and trucks loaded in an hour now. It’s great to see everyone pulling their weight. Nur and I are off to meet the Mayor of the next town this morning where we hope to secure permission to use an apparently beautiful campsite for lunch and tonight’s camp. No doubt many cups of tea are in store again today.
