摘要：运用文献研究、实地调查等研究方法，分析了目前我国大部分高等体育院校(系)沿用的学科组织结构的沿革和优劣，认为当代科技发展、体育科技创新和体育人才培养对必然要对高校学科组织提出创新要求，提出了高校应重视学科组织结构的跨学科性和学科交叉性，并建议考虑构建“教学—科研二维矩阵”的模式，用案例说明了“教学—科研二维矩阵”学科组织结构的两种具体实施方式。最后，提出了几点针对高等体育院校（系）学科组织结构创新的建议。

A Tentative Analysis of the Innovation of Disciplinary Organizational Structure in Colleges (Departments) of Higher Physical Education in China

Abstract：Using the methods of literature study, field survey,this paper analyzes the evolution and strengths & weaknesses of disciplinary organizational structure currently still applied by a majority of colleges and universities  Holding that innovation is an inevitable trend for disciplinary structure in colleges and universities regarding technological development in the contemporary era, technological innovation of physical education and cultivation of P.E. talents, it comes up with the idea that colleges and universities should attach importance to the transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary features of disciplinary organizational structure, and suggests that the pattern of “two-dimensional matrix of teaching and scientific research” be constructed by illustrating its two specific implementation methods. Finally, it provides some suggestions for the innovation of disciplinary organizational structure in colleges (departments) of higher physical education.
