海南高尔夫运动的发展策略

——对《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》的解读

摘  要：《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》中共有三次提及了高尔夫运动。这表明国家非常重视海南国际旅游岛建设中发展高尔夫运动所带来的积极作用。在研读《意见》后，分析了海南发展高尔夫运动的得天独厚优势，并认为从《意见》至少可以得到三个方面的启示：一是科学合理地发展高尔夫运动；二是培育竞争有序的高尔夫用品市场；三是建立高尔夫产业链。

The Comprehension of Golf Element on “Several opinions on Promoting the Development of Hainan Island of International Tourism Issued by the State Council”

Abstract：The “Several opinions on promoting the development of Hainan Island of international tourism”issued by the state council mentions“golf” total up to three times. This shows that country attaches great importance to the positive role by development of golf in the construction of international tourism. In studying the opinions, we analyzed the unique advantages of development of golf in Hainan, and from it, we could obtain three aspects of enlightenment at least: firstly, developing of golf should be scientifically and reasonable, secondly, cultivating the competitive and orderly products market, and thirdly, building golf industry chain.
