有人说，Ubuntu无处不在是“妄想”，我说不是。总而言之，我们要问，Ubuntu小电脑何时问世呢？有时间表吗？

     10月31日，在美国佛罗里达召开的UDS 2011大会上，Ubuntu奠基人Mark Shuttleworth表示：我们关注一个未来，即“a future beyond the desktop on smartphones, tablets and Tvs‘。但是，关于Ubuntu小电脑的发布时间表问题，他说：在某种程度上：“......be in the hands of our partners"，意思是说，我们不会直接出品这种小电脑，不像谷歌那样，并购Motorola移动部门，直接插手Android产品的生产销售。他说："We don't expect to ship any products in the near term, but prototypes（小电脑的原型） will be available to developers in the short term. The products will be available in the next 18 months, depending on partners."这话说得很“到位”。

      实际上，他还说：谷歌与Motorola结盟，“is "going to change the way people feel about Android,"，又说："We will be late to market in comparison but we have some advantages and will play those to the best of our ability."他的意思是说：”相对而言，我们进入这个市场较晚，但是，我们有某些优势，而且，我们会尽最大努力发挥这些优势。“

      一个有趣的事实：Mark Shuttleworth说："All the major vendors have been on the phone to us asking us how quickly we can create a mobile story using Ubuntu."，他的意思是说，”所有主要厂商都已经打电话询问我们，他们多快可以用我们的Ubuntu来讲故事？“这句话讲得很幽默。

     在不久的将来，Ubuntu小电脑大流行是必然的趋势。Unity界面是Ubuntu国际社区献给人类的一大技术发明，这是毫无疑问的事情。有人却偏要闭起眼睛，不看事实，反说别人“意淫”。这个新词汇，连“现代汉语词典”里面都查找不到，也算是一种发明吧！为了Ubuntu，我的骂名可不少了。
