2022年年初，在文化大省浙江重拾宋韵的浓浓氛围下，我对文化界朋友说：今年我来做一年的宋韵文化挖掘。以韵为系我暗暗立志，从政治、科技、哲学、文学、艺术、风情等方面考据两宋的历史文化，结合当今时代特色去生发思考，编译成中英文，每天一期，同步在各自媒体平台推送。

中国历史一直是我心中珍贵的存在，不说明清，就说辽远的先秦，从《诗经》里随便采撷一个字或词，如“豳”字，“螽斯”、“驺虞”……哪一个不让人浮想联翩？我无法抑制激情，真想骑上快马去追逐上下五千年历史里清清的河水，轻轻的风，柔柔的月光。

从元旦第一期叙说宋朝的重文轻武的朝代特色启程，我开始了2022年三百六十五天在两宋历史的春夏秋冬里徜徉的旅程。我读书考据，撰写的内容从少到多，从青涩到相对成熟。读书让我快乐，考据让视野深邃与宽广，编译又让我在汉、英两种语言的交换中体会到不同的表达里透露出的文化之美。

与先秦太过久远文字的抽象相比，两宋文化便要具体得多。趴在两宋文化的土地上，我总感到她的历史和人文风情很近，也无比美妙，仿佛就趴在山村的窗台边，用一根竹杆便可触碰到历史那头的露珠儿，那种晶莹剔透的光亮让人怦然心动。

2022年3月6日，我做了这样一期宋真宗论读书的内容。

【宋韵·书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉】

此谚语出自宋真宗《励学篇》。宋真宗赵恒（968年－1022年）为宋太宗赵光义第三子，本名赵德昌，后改名赵元休、赵元侃，为宋朝第三位皇帝（997年－1022年在位），即位之初，任用李沆、吕端等为相，勤于政事，促成“咸平之治”。咸平为宋真宗即位后次年使用的年号。

“One could get both wealth and beautiful wife through diligent study”.This proverb originated from a poem titled Motivate Learning Article written by emperor Zhenzong of the Song Dynasty.Emperor Zhenzong named Zhao Heng (968-1022) , the third son of Song Tai Zong Zhao Guangyi,whose real name was Zhao Dechang, and then renamed Zhao Yuanxiu and Zhao Yuankan.He was the third emperor of the Song Dynasty (the years of his reign from 997 to 1022). At the beginning of his accession, he appointed Li Hang and Lv Duan as prime ministers. He take  handle political affairs diligently and efficiently and at last made it the good government period of Xianping in history.Xianping was the reign title used in the next year after Song Zhenzong ascended the throne.

不少事，在理念的襁褓里的时候，它是平面化的，以为是简单的。当时，说做一年宋韵的时候，我没有多想，只是在热烈的文化氛围里觉得这事蛮有意义，便随口而出，似轻风微飏。然而，等到真正行动起来，每天一期，要细化到三百六十五天每天的坚持，却是一种煎熬般的存在和磨砺，需要足够的毅力来支撑。

你对美有向往和追求，你就必须为之付出应有的代价。时间、精力、体力……这种追求并不是单纯的甜蜜素，要走进美的世界，让心海荡漾起双桨，得用体力，得与疲惫博弈，得以思维的殚精竭虑。苏秦、孙文宝“头悬梁，锥刺股”，匡衡“凿壁偷光”，他们都是在为理想而跋涉，栉风沐雨。单说艺术的美妙，不讲寻究其路的苦涩是片面的，除非神人。左丘明，孔孟，屈圣，司马迁，李杜，三苏，朱陆，关汉卿，王实甫，王阳明，王船山，纪晓岚……他们在为学路上，哪一位不是披星戴月探幽，风雨兼程煎熬着走进阳光下的？

时邻2022年岁末，新冠疫情在全国各地肆虐暴发，我也遭遇到奥密克戎的攻击。高烧、吞刀片一样的咽痛、全身酸痛、不思饮食、无力握笔……在恢复期，我做了这样一期宋韵：

【宋韵·杨过和杨康】

近来，因为疫情，不少人“阳过”然后“阳康”，金庸武侠小说《神雕侠侣》的主人公——南宋末的杨过和他的父亲杨康也因姓名的谐音又一次受到热捧。

杨过，字改之，是杨康与穆念慈之子，西毒欧阳锋的义子。他是金庸笔下的“情侠”“道侠”，其人孤傲狂放，聪明机智，感情丰富，满腔热血激愤，又号“西狂”，感情冲动做的事连他自己也难控制。

他身边有许多红颜知己钟情于他，而他却一心只爱小龙女。后来，他们结为夫妇，江湖人称“神雕大侠”。等小龙女不至，杨过毅然跳崖殉情，在谷底与小龙女重逢后携手保卫襄阳城与元兵作战，杨过一展其旷世武学的威力，打败金轮法王，飞石击杀蒙古大汗，保大宋十三年和平。最后在华山论剑后，杨过与妻子小龙女绝迹江湖。

Yang Guo and Yang Kang

Recently, due to the Covid-19 epidemic, many people are infected with the virus then they are recurred ,called "Yang Guo" and "Yang Kang". which is happened to be the homophonic words of the hero of famous writer Jin Yong's martial arts novel "The Return of the Condor Heroes", Yang Guo and his father in the late Song Dynasty is also once again popular because of the homophonic words.

In the novel,Yang Guo, courtesy name Gaizi, was the son of Yang Kang and Mu Nianci, the adopted son of Ouyang Feng. He was Jin Yong's "Chivalrous Lover" and " High Moral Chivalrous Person". He was arrogant and intelligent, witty, emotional, full of blood and anger. He was also called "West crazy". When he was emotional impulse to do things he can’t control even himself.

He had many girl confidants who loved him, but he was only in love with Little Dragon Girl.Later, they were coupled, which was called "Great Warrior with Fairy Eagle" in the Jiang Hu. He had been waiting for Little Dragon Girl to come back for a long long time but failed, so he resolutely jumped dawn from a cliff. In the bottom of the valley he and Little Dragon Girl reunited. Later they shoulder by shoulder joined to defend the Xiangyang city against Yuan soldiers.At that time Yang Guo showed his power of martial arts and defeated the King of Golden wheel and used flying stone to kill the Mongolian Khan to protect the Song dynasty for thirteen years of peace. Finally, after Competition of Sword of Huashan mountain, his wife Little Dragon Girl and him disappeared from the Jiang Hu.

三年抗疫，艰苦卓绝。2023年5月5日，世界卫生组织（WHO）宣布新冠疫情不再构成“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”，人类抗击新冠疫情取得了重要的成果。历史翻过了一页，让人悲喜涕流。历史总该被人记住，何况如此沉痛！我以宋韵中“杨过”和“杨康”去表达挣脱新冠后的那种阳光心情，就像当年走出囚栏的傲蕾·一兰。

回眸过去的一年，我特别感谢一位名校英语科班生朋友为我完成这三百六十五天宋韵之行所提供的倾情帮助。为了确保英文编译的准确和生动，朋友每一期都耐心细致地帮我把译文作校对和润色，无论多晚多忙，从不间断。正因为他夜以继日的帮助，才让我如期完成自己的心愿和承诺，让我在宋韵的小径里，面春风，目葱翠，闻花香……

为历史文化作梳理和传承，没有人要求过我，这是私淑中华传统文化的我的内心自觉，是我在红尘世界的喧嚣中获得自我清静与慰藉的源泉。
