    好几个网友说想要读豆豆写的英语小说，正好豆豆也整理出来了，我就发上来和大家分享吧。

    按照老师的要求，每个人都要有一个Editor（编辑）和illustrator（插画作者），还真跟要出版一本书似的。 班里一个女生当豆豆的editor，帮豆豆做了一些修改（不多，主要是时态问题），因为她觉得豆豆画得好，就请豆豆做她的illustrator，所以今天一放学，豆豆就忙着帮人家画插图。

Best friends forever and ever

“I’m going to be late for school!”

Lisa thought, and she rode her bike faster. When she came in to her classroom she saw there were two footprints on her chair. She knew this must be the guy that sits beside her did!

She cried : ” Why did you stepped on my chair? Clean my chair, Mike!”

Mike didn’t say anything. He was pretending that he was reading and he read out loud.

”You are a pig, you are a dog, you are a stupid girl!”

Some students were laughing, that made Lisa very cross,”What did you say?”

Lisa took out the thickest book out to slam Mike on the head. Nut the teacher came in at that moment.

“Lisa! What are you doing to Mike? Stand up and answer this question!”

“Um…. I don’t know.” Lisa said in her lowest voice.

“So keep standing for the class!” The math teacher said.

“I know the answer.” Said Mike proudly and he answered the hard question.

Lisa saw Mike was trying to laugh at her, she was angry and she thought she’ll never like math any more!

After math, Mike saw Lisa was crying to a notebook. He was very surprised that Lisa was crying. “Is that the girl who never cries when they were fighting? And now, she was just crying because of a notebook?”

When Lisa was gone, Mike opened her notebook, He found out this notebook is her dairy. On the second page, Mike found out her father had died! And the date was one year ago. Now he know why Lisa never laugh. He decided to be nice to Lisa.

School was over, Mike invited Lisa to go home together and then he invited Lisa’s friend Judy and his neighbor Luis. Luis loves to talk so everyone listened to him. But he mainly talked about his video games and his favorite soccer team.

Little by little the four kids became friends. Sometimes Mike helped the other three kid’s homework and sometimes they went out to play together on weekends.

Months past, they were going to have the test of the year. But Lisa’s birthday is also on this month. Judy and Luis were having a conflict.

“It’s almost the test. There’s no time for us to have a party for Lisa. Let’s bring her a cake.” Judy said.

“But I think we need to relax before the test. Let’s go to the park and have a BBQ!” Luis said.

“No! A cake !”

“BBQ!”

“A cake!”…

“I think Luis is right. Just because it’s near the test so we just need to relax!” Mike came and said.

“But what should we say to Lisa’s mother?” Judy asked.

“We can say the student that had the best grade in this city is coming to help Lisa.” Answered Mike.

“Sure!” Judy and Luis said together.

The next day was Saturday, the four friends met at the bus stop. But Lisa doesn’t know that they are going to give her a birthday surprise.

They got off the bus and couldn’t see anything but green. They were in a park! They found a good spot and sat down.

“Let’s start!” Said Luis to Mike and he took out the food from a backpack that was as big as him.

Few minutes later, with Mike’s help the two boys set up everything they need. Then Luis began to make BBQ for them. Every one said the BBQ were very good.

“See!” Luis said very proudly, “I can cook very well, BBQ is easy! I want to be a cook when I grow up.”

The other 3 friends laughed. Judy took out a big cake.

“Happy birthday, Lisa!” Mike Judy and Luis said.

Lisa was so surprised and happy that she wanted to cry.

They sang ‘Happy birthday’ to Lisa. Lisa thought that was the best birthday ever.
