葡萄酒鉴赏家第四季第11期: 美国加州葡萄酒与中餐的搭配

 最新一期上线了：这一期里，俺来到位于上海淮海路上的利苑酒家，与美国嘉露酒庄培训总监同时也是葡萄酒大师的Nicholas Paris 一起品了加州利弗兰和凯岚葡萄酒的赤霞珠，霞多丽，麝香酒（个人很喜欢的一种白葡萄酒)，以及与中餐广东菜的搭配，很棒的体验！

In this episode of our wine show, I met Nicholas Paris MW (director of education for E.&J. Gallo Winery) again at Li Yuan Cantonese restaurant on Huaihai Road to try a few more California wines and the pairing with Cantonese food.

We tried Rivercrest California White and California Red; also Canyon Road Cabernet Sauvginon and Moscate. We paired the wines with some a few delicous dishes, I enjoyed the pairing very much!
