这一期里， 我来到位于上海徐家汇的法国餐馆 Coquille, 与美国纳帕爱慕酒庄总经理Nee Lau和酿酒师Mike Loberg一起聊加州葡萄酒，我从Nee和Mike聊天中学到了不少有关酿酒的知识。同时咱们三人还品了几款非常经典的加州霞多丽，赤霞珠: 爱慕酒庄霞多丽，Most Wanted, Herold by Mark Herold, 以及与法国菜的搭配。又一次美酒与美食的完美体验!

Epi. 10, Season 4 of Connoisseur wine show - California Wines: AmourVino Winery

In this episode of our wine show, I came to Coquille, a French restaurant in Xuhui District of Shanghai to meet two gentlemen, Nee Lau (the general manager of AmourVino Winery of Napa, California) and Mike Loberg, winemaker from California. We chat about California wines and tried a few marvelous Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvginon. We paired the wines with some interesting and delicious French dishes, what a great pairing.

I learned a lot about wine making from the conversation with Nee and Mike, also enjoyed very much of the wines, another amazing wine/food experience!
