摘要：目的：探讨缺血性心肌病患者的临床特征。方法：对92例缺血性心肌病患者的临床和冠状动脉造影资料进行综合分析。  结果：合并血脂异常63例，高血压59例，2型糖尿病27例，有脑梗死病史者22例。所有病例均并发各种心律失常，以传导阻滞和室性心律失常多见。均伴随不同程度的心力衰竭，冠状动脉造影显示多支血管病变。结论：缺血性心肌病患者冠状动脉病变广泛，超声心动图和冠状动脉造影对缺血性心肌病诊断具有决定性价值，血运重建治疗具有重要意义。

Abstracts: Objective: To study the clinical characteristics of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM). Methods: Analyses of clinical ultrocardiography and CAG materials were performed in 92 patients with ICM. Results: There were 63 cases with abnormal blood lipids 59 cases with hypertensive disease 27 cases with diabetes mellitus and 22 cases with old cerebral infarction. All cases were complicated with various kinds of cardioarrhythmia of which the most common being conduction block and ventricular arrhythmia. All patients had various degrees of heart failure. The results of CAG showed multivessel disease in all cases. Conclusion: The patients of ICM are often with extensive coronary artery disease. CAG and ultrocardiography are of decided diagnostic value. Treatment of revascularization are important value for the patients with ICM.

     缺血性心肌病（Ischemic cardiomyopathy，ICM）是由于冠状动脉狭窄或闭塞后心肌长期缺血引起的心肌弥漫性纤维化，继而导致严重的心肌功能障碍，在临床上酷似扩张型心肌病的一组症候群^[1]。本文就我院收治的ICM患者，从其临床特点、超声心动图和冠状动脉造影结果加以分析和总结，报告如下。
