　　Abstract：Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of rehabilitation therapy in patients with essential  hypertension(EH).Methods:Eighty mild or moderate EH patients were averagely divided into two groups:Rehabilitation group(treated with enalapril and rehabilitation therapy),and control group(treated with enalapril alone).The effective rate after 4 weeks and 8 weeks were compared between two groups.Results:After 4 weeks treatment,the blood pressure of two groups didn′t had significantly difference(P>0.05),but after 8 weeks treatment,the total effective rate(82.5％) and blood pressure［（120.54±8.16）/（80.10±9.25）mmHg］  in rehabilitation group were surpassed to control group［72.5％,（127.14±10.71）/（88.10±7.96）mmHg respectively］(P<0.01 all).Conclusion:The longterm therapeutic effectiveness of rehabilitation therapy in patients with essential hypertension is definitive.

　　我国高血压（EH）人数超过l亿[1]。EH是目前我国人群最重要的心脑血管病因素, 有效防治高血压是减少我国心脑血管病的重要环节[2]。EH的治疗可分为药物治疗和非药物治疗（康复治疗），目前，单独采用药物治疗[3，4]或非药物治疗[5，6]的疗效观察已有大量文献发表，但康复治疗配合药物治疗的疗效观察研究尚少。为验证康复治疗在EH治疗中的作用，我们采用药物结合康复治疗EH患者40例（康复组），并与单独采用药物治疗的EH患者40例（对照组）作观察对比，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1　一般资料

　　选本院门诊80例轻、中度EH患者，均符合WHO的诊断标准，坐位舒张压(DBP)95～114 mmHg，收缩压(SBP)140～180 mmHg。有严重肝、肾功能障碍，孕妇，哺乳期妇女及近6个月内有心肌炎、心绞痛、活动期溃疡病及糖尿病患者除外。
