    市面上很多食谱的材料名称均以英文教学,而且很多原料的包装上面也都是英文译名。如果这些名称弄不清楚的话,就很容易会有买错原料或是用错原料的事情发生。相信很多喜爱烹饪的朋友在看英语食谱时难免都会碰到这些难题吧!希望以下的“烘焙原料中英文对照表”可以对一些人有所帮助。
