受托人向委托人提供的工程建设全过程咨询服务内容为（根据本合同约定达成一致的委托人的委托范围和实际需求进行勾选）：

四、签约合同价  4. Contracted Contract Price

1.      本项目工程建设全过程咨询服务签约合同价（含税）为：人民币（大写）______（¥_____）元。

1. The contract price of the whole process consulting service for the construction of this project (including tax) is RMB (in word) ______ (¥_____).

 

2.      签约合同价具体构成及合同价计取方式详见下表。

2. The specific composition of the contract price and calculating method of the contract price are shown in the following table.

 

1.1.20 服务费用：是指委托人用于支付受托人按照合同约定完成工程建设全过程咨询服务范围内全部工作的费用，包括合同履行过程中按合同约定进行的变更和调整。

1.1.20 Service fee: refers to the amount used by the principle to trustee for the payment of the trustee for completion of all the works within the scope of the whole process engineering consulting service in accordance with the contract, including the amendment and adjustments made under the contract during performance of the contract.

 

1.1.21 服务开支：是指受托人为履行合同向第三方支付的合理开支，包括但不限于受托人为履行合同发生的差旅费、通讯费、复印费、材料和设备检测费等。

1.1.21 Service Expenses: refers to the reasonable expenses paid by the trustee to a third party for the performance of the contract, including, but not limited to, travel expenses, communication expenses, copying expenses, materials and equipment testing expenses incurred by the trustee for the performance of the contract.

 

第2条 委托人 

Article 2 Principle

2.1 委托人一般义务 

2.1 General obligations of the principal

 

2.1.1委托人应遵守法律，并办理法律规定由其办理的许可、核准或备案，并将与咨询服务有关的相应结果书面通知咨询人。
2.1.1 The principle shall abide by the law and handle the vetting, approval or filing required by the law, and notify the trustee in writing of the corresponding results related to the consulting service.

 

因委托人原因未能及时办理完毕前述许可、核准或备案手续，导致服务费用增加和（或）服务期限延长时，由委托人承担责任，但因咨询人未能根据合同约定协助委托人办理前述许可、核准或备案手续而导致的除外。

If the principle fails to complete the aforementioned vetting, approval or filing procedures in time, which resulting in the increase in service costs and/or extension of the service period, the principle shall bear the responsibility therefrom, however the trustee’s failure to assist the principle in handling the foregoing in accordance with the contract except for licensing, approval or filing procedures.

 

2.1.2除合同另有约定外，委托人应向受托人提供咨询服务所涉及的必要外部关系的协调以及与其他组织联系的信息和方式，以便受托人收集需要的信息，为受托人履行职责提供外部条件。

2.1.2 Except as otherwise stipulated herein, the principle shall provide the trustee with the coordination of all external relations involved in the consulting service and the channels of contact with other organizations so that the trustee can collect the required information.

 

委托人应在工程合同中或根据工程合同约定及时向相关承包商、供应商、其他咨询方等提供受托人及咨询项目总负责人的名称或姓名、服务内容、权限及其他必要信息，并负责就受托人与委托人以及委托人的相关承包商、供应商、其他咨询方等之间的职权边界予以协调和明确。

The principle shall, under or in accordance with the provisions of the contract, provide to the relevant contractor, supplier, other trustee’ staff beyond this contract timely with the title or name, management scope, content and authority of the trustee and other necessary information of the chief project manager, and shall be responsible for coordinating and clarifying the overlapping or ambiguousfunctions of the trustee with the principle and it's relevant contractors, suppliers, other trustee’ staff beyond this contract.
