示例：包装条款 (Packing article）

To be packed in wooden cases, 30 pieces per case of 40 yd each.

木箱装，每箱装30匹，每匹40码。

 

In iron drum of 25kg net each. 铁桶装，每桶净重25公斤。

 

To be packed in polypropylene woven bags, 50kg each, gross for net. The bags should be fairy good in quality and suitable for ocean transportation, on which the name of the goods, weight, country of origin and package date should be written / marked in English.

用聚丙烯编制包装袋，每包重50公斤，以毛重作净重，包装袋质量良好，适于海运，包装袋上用英语写上品名、重量、原产国别和包装日期。

 

Packing: one dozen to a cardboard box and then twenty cardboard boxes to a carton

每打装一纸箱，每20个纸盒装一纸箱

 

PACKING: One dozen to a box, 10 boxes to a carton. 包装：1打装1盒，10盒装1箱。

Packed in gunny bags of 50 kilos each. 50公斤/ 每袋，麻袋包装

The product will be delivered on bulk. 货物散装运输。

 

To be packed in a carton of 4 dozen. Each, and 545 ctns to a 40’ container, total two 40’ FCL containers.The Sellers shall be liable for any damage of the commodity and expenses incurred on account of improper packing and for any rust attributable to inadequate or improper protective measures taken by the sellers in regard to the packing.

一纸盒装4打，每一个40英尺集装箱装满545个纸箱的货物,总计两40尺集装箱。由于包装不当和任何锈损不充分或不妥善的防护措施由卖方对于包装所造成的，卖方应当承担货物的损失和费用。

 

Weight per bag about 2.0 MTS, exact weight shall be determined by CIQ China as per stated in Clause 13 of this contract. Outer bag: By Polypropylene (PP) bag, Inner bag: By Polyethylene (PE) bag,

每包重量2.0吨左右，准确重量应由中国进出口商品检验检疫局（CIQ）检验确定，具体参见本合同第13条规定。外包装为聚丙烯（PP）塑编袋；内包装为聚乙烯（PE）塑料袋。

 

The packing of the goods shall be preventive from dampness, rust, moisture, erosion and shock, and shall be suitable for ocean transportation/ multiple transportation. The Seller shall be liable for any damage and loss of the goods attributable to the inadequate or improper packing. The measurement, gross weight, net weight and the cautions such as "Do not stack up side down", "Keep away from moisture", "Handle with care" shall be stenciled on the surface of each package with fadeless pigment.

货物应具有防潮、防锈蚀、防震并适合于远洋运输的包装，由于货物包装不良而造成的货物残损、灭失应由卖方负责。卖方应在每个包装箱上用不褪色的颜色标明尺码、包装箱号码、毛重、净重及“此端向上”、“防潮”、“小心轻放”等标记。

 

 Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the goods shall be packed by taking the standard protective measures applicable to the export. Such packing shall be suitable for long distance ocean/air and inland transportation and well protected against dampness, moisture, shock, rust and rough handling. Any damage and loss caused by inadequate or improper packing shall be borne by the Seller.

除非合同另有说明，否则货物须按出口标准的保护措施包装。该包装应适用于长途海运或空运和内陆运输，并防潮、防湿、防震、防锈和耐粗暴搬运。卖方需承担由于不足够或不适当包装而造成货物的任何损害和损失。

 

All or any part of the packages must be in conformity with the requirements specified in the sanitary and phytosanitary laws and regulations of China.

全部包装或包装的任一部分均应满足中国动植物卫生检疫法律、法规的规定。

 

On the surface of each package, the package number, measurements, gross weight, net weight, lifting position, warning words such as “THIS SIDE UP”, “HANDLE WITH CARE”, “KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE” and the following shipping mark shall be indicated by the use of steel seal so as to be fadeless and easy for reading:

在每一个包装的表面，使用钢印盖上不褪色、易读的包装号码、尺寸、毛重、净重、搬运位置和类似“此端向上”、“小心轻放”、“切勿受潮”等警告字样和以下的唛头：

 

The Supplier shall have the Contract Goods packed strongly and shall take measure to protect the Contract Goods from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion and shock, etc. According to their different shape and special features as to withstand numerous handling, loading and unloading as well as long-distance sea and inland transportation and to ensure the safe arrival of the Goods at the Contract site without any damage or corrosion, The Supplier shall be liable for any rust, damage and loss caused by inadequate or improper packing provided by the Supplier. For the wood packing materials, Supplier shall have the package fumigation treated as per the regulations of the Administration and furnish Fumigation certificate.

卖方应提供货物运至合同规定的最终目的地所需要的包装，以防止货物在转运中损坏或变质。这类包装应采取防潮、防晒、防锈、防腐蚀、防震动及防止其他损坏的必要保护措施，从而保护货物能够经受多次搬运、装卸及远洋和内陆的长途运输。卖方应承担由于其包装或其防护措施不妥而引起货物锈蚀、损坏和丢失的任何损失的责任或费用。对于木质包装材料，应按照检验检疫局的规定进行熏蒸处理，并出具有关熏蒸证明。

 

The export package suitable for ocean transportation is packed by retrenchment machine, wrapped in linen, cotton-cloth or other wrapping, banding tightly by strong iron or thick iron-wire. The net weight of each package is about     pounds (kg), with an average volume of     cubic meters. Provided that the trade terms of FOB, FOB STOWED, FAS VESSEL are applied, if the gross weight per ton exceeds the stipulated volume, the excess part of freight will be born by seller.

适合于海运的紧缩机出口包装，外裹麻布、棉布或其他包皮，用牢固的打包铁皮或粗铁丝箍紧。每包净重约    磅（公斤），平均体积    立方米。在适用FOB、FOB STOWED、FAS VESSEL 贸易术语交易的情况下，如果每吨毛重超过规定的体积，其超过部分的运费则由卖方负担。

 

The goods will be packed in strong wooden case(s) or carton(s) or containers, appropriate for long-distance ocean and land transport and changing climate and resistant to moisture, rust and shocks. The Seller shall be liable for any damage or loss of the goods caused by improper packing or rust attributable to inadequate protective measures in packing.

以坚固的木箱或纸箱或集装箱包装,并能防潮、防湿、防震、防锈,适合于远程海运、陆运，由于采用不适当或不妥当的包装而引起货物生锈、损坏、丢失其责任应由卖方承担。

 

The concentrates shall be shipped in bags in containers within 30 days after the date of L/C.

  货物按包进行包装，装入集装箱内，并于信用证日期后的30天之内安排装船。

 

唛头：卖方应在每件包装上，用不褪色油墨清楚地标刷件号、尺码、毛重、净重、“此端向上”、“小心轻放”等字样，并刷有下列唛头：

SHIPPING　MARK：On the surface of each package, the package number ,measurements, gross weight, net weight, the lifting positions, such cautions as “DO　NOT　STACK　UP　SIDE　DOWN”，　“HANDLE　WITH　CARE” and the following shipping mark shall be stenciled legibly in fadeless paint:

 

除非合同另有规定，包装应由卖方负责。卖方交付的所有设备应具有适合远洋和陆地运输和多次搬运、装卸、新的、坚固的木箱包装，卖方应根据设备的特点和需要采取防潮、防雨、防锈、防震、防腐蚀和防其它损害等必要的保护措施，以保证合同设备安全无损地运抵工作现场。

Provided other stipulated, the Seller is responsible for packing. All equipments supplied by Seller should packed with new, solid wooden case suitable for ocean and inland transportation, repeatedly transmit, load and unload. According to the characteristic and requirement of these equipments, the Seller should take necessary protective measures of damp proof, rain-proof, rusty proof, shockproof, corrosion-proof and other measures, in order to convoy the all equipments into work sites without any damage.

 

　卖方对包装箱内和捆内的各散装部件均应系加标签，注明合同号、主机名称、本部件名称以及部件在散装图中的位号、零件号。备件和工具除注明上述内容外，还需注明“备件”或“工具”字样。

The Seller makes label on every bulk part inside of packing case and bundle, indicating the contract Nos., the name of main machine, the name of part, the position Nos. and Part Nos. in bulk diagram. Besides above label, the words of spare part or tools should be made on them in addition for spare parts and tools.
