今天我们要谈的是“Be型主——系——表结构的一般疑问句”。所谓“Be型主——系——表结构”，就是我前面说到的系动词是“be”的主——系——表结构句型，也就是“某物是某物”、“某物在某处”、“某物怎么样”和“某处有某物”这四种句型。而它们的一般疑问句疑问句呢，指的也就是“某物是某物吗？”、“某物在某处吗？”、“某物怎么样吗？”和“某处有某物吗？”这么四种句型。

    例如，“你是一名教师吗？”、“那件衬衫在床上吗？”、“那件事情很重要吗？”、“教室里有三十张课桌吗？”等句子都属于这一种句型。

    这类句型的基本格式也很简单，总的来说就是把原先相应的陈述句中的系动词be移到句首位置。详细情况如下：

    某物是某物吗？：Be  + A + B？

    某物在某处吗？：Be  + 某物 + 在某处？

    某物怎么样吗？： Be + 某物 + 形容词？

    某处有某物吗？： Be there + 某物 + 在某处？

    这种问句一般常用Yes或No来回答，并在后面加上简略的答语，如it is,  it isn’t,  they are,  they are not, they aren’t,  he is,  she is, he isn’t,  she isn’t,  there is, there isn’t, 等等。

    下面是例句，请熟读：

1. Are you a teacher? ——Yes, I am.

  你是个老师吗？——是的，我是。

2. Is that shirt on the bed? ——Yes, it is.

  那件衬衫在床上吗？——是的，在。

3. Is that matter very important? ——Yes, it is.

  那件事很重要吗？——是的，很重要。

4. Is the soup delicious? —— No, it isn’t.

  这汤好喝吗？——不，不好喝。

5. Are the movies very interesting? ——No, They are not.

  那些电影很有趣吗？——不，没趣味。

6. Is John a diligent boy? —— Yes, he is.

  约翰是个勤奋的孩子吗？——是的，他是。

7. Are the girls intelligent? ——Yes, they are.

  这些女孩子聪明吗？——是的，她们聪明。

8. Are the cars very expensive? ——No, they are not.

  那些小汽车很贵吗？——不，不很贵。

9. Is the teacher an experienced one? ——Yes, he is.

  那位老师是一位有经验的老师吗？——是的，他是。

10. Are the basins and the pans in the kitchen?——Yes, they are.

   那些盆子和平底锅在厨房里面吗？——是的，在。

11. Are they all charming girls？——Yes, they are.

   她们都是很有魅力的女孩吗？——是的，她们是。

12. Are all the students in the garden? ——No, they are not.

   所有的学生都在花园里吗？——不，不是。

13. Are the bears, tigers and the leopards all in the forest? ——Yes, they are.

   那些熊、老虎、还有豹子都在森林里吗？——是的，它们都在。

14. Is the young man your cousin? —— No, he isn’t.

   那个年轻人是你的表弟吗？——不， 不是。

15. Are the two girls twin sisters? ——Yes, they are.

   那两个女孩是孪生姐妹吗？——是的，她们是。

16. Is there a piece of bread on the kitchen table? ——Yes, there is.

   厨桌上有一块面包吗？——是的，有。

17. Are there 2 pens and 1 bottle of ink inthe desk? ——No, there aren’t.

   课桌里有两支钢笔和一瓶墨水吗？——不，没有。

18. Is there any tea in the cup? ——Yes, there is.

   茶杯里有些茶吗？——是的，有。

19. Are there any trees or flowers in front of the office building? ——Yes, there are.

   办公大楼前面有一些树或者花吗？——是的，有。

20. Is there anything different betweenthese two schools?  ——Yes, there is.

   这两个学校之间有什么不同吗？——是的，有。
