sarva-bhta-sthita yo m bhajatyekatvam sthita
sarvath vartamno ’pi sa yog mayi vartate
瑜伽行者(yog)立足(sthita)于合一(ekatvam),崇拜(bhajati)谁(ya)能处于众生的心中(sarva-bhta-sthita)的我(m),他(sa)无论(api)在所有(sarvath)的活动中怎么活动,都保持处于(vartate)我之中(mayi)处于。
sarva-bhta-sthitam—situated in all beings; ya—who; mm—me; bhajati—worships; ekatvam—in unity; sthita—established; sarvath—in all kinds of; varta-mna—remain; api—although; sa—he; yog—a yogi; mayi—in me; vartate—dwells

tmaupamyena sarvatra sama pahyati yo ’rjuna
sukha v yadi v dukha sa yog paramo mata
如果(yadi)谁(ya)到处(sarvatra)以自我(tma)作比照(aupamyena),或者(v)快乐(sukha)或者(v)痛苦(dukha)都等同(sama)看待(pahyati),阿周那(arjuna)啊,如此(sa)瑜伽行者(yog)被认为(mata)是完美的。

etasyha na pahymi chañchalatvt sthiti sthirm
阿周那(arjuna)说(uvcha):由你(tvay)讲述(prokta)的这门体系(ya aya)瑜伽(yoga),具有平等(smyena)的性质,黑天(madhu-sdana)啊,我(aha)因躁动(chañchalatvt),看(pahymi)不(na)出这个(etasya)有坚实(sthirm)根基(sthiti)。

心意(mana)肯定(hi)焦躁不安(chañchala),骚乱(pramthi),有力(bala-vat),固执(diham),克里希纳(kiha)啊,我(aha)认为(manye)它(tasya),像(iva)风(vyo)难(su-duhkaram)控制(nigraha)。

asanhaya mah-bho mano durnigraha chalam
abhysena tu kaunteya vairgyea cha gihyate
圣(hr)薄伽梵(bhagavn)说(uvcha):
毫无疑问(asanhaya),大(mah)臂(bho)者,心意(mana)难抑制(durnigraha),焦躁不安的(chalam),
但是(tu),坤缇之子(kaunteya),通过修行(abhysena)和(cha)不执着(vairgyea)可以控制(gihyate)。

vahytman tu yatat hakyo ’vptum upyata
我(me)认为(mati)如此(iti):不约束的(asayata)心意(tman)难以达成(duhprpa)瑜伽(yogo),但(tu)控制(vahya)心意(tman),通过适当的方法(upyata)凭借努力(yatat)可能(hakya)达成(avptum)瑜伽。
asanyata-tman—one whose mind is unbridled; yoga—Yog; duhprpa—difficult to attain; iti—thus; me—my; mati—opinion; vahya-tman—by one whose mind is controlled; tu—but; yatat—one who strives; hakya—possible; avptum—to achieve; upyata—by right means

ayati hraddhayopeto yogch chalita-mnasa
aprpya yoga-sansiddhi k gati kiha gachchhati
阿周那(arjuna)说(uvcha):
拥有(upeta)信仰(hraddhaya)而松懈(ayati),思想(mnasa)从瑜伽(yogch)偏离(chalita),未能达到(aprpya)瑜伽(yoga)最高级的圆满(sansiddhi),克里希那(kiha)啊,走向(gachchhati)哪种(k)归宿(gati)。

apratihho mah-bho vimho brahmaa pathi
大(mah)臂(bho)阿周那啊,在梵(brahmaa)路(pathi)上会不会困惑(vimho),没有任何支持(apratihho),就像(iva)撕裂的(chhinna)云(abhram),尽管(kachchin)二者都(ubhaya)不(na)偏离(vibhrahah)。

tvad-anya sanhayasysya chhett na hyupapadyate
你能为我(me)完全(arhasyahehata)驱散(chhettum)疑惑(sanhaya),克里希纳(kiha),除了(anya)你(tvat)肯定(hi)再不能(na)找到(upapadyate)去除(chhett)这个(asya)疑惑(sanhayasya)的人了。

帕尔塔之子啊(prtha),这世上(iha)和下一世(amutra)永(eve)不(na)会破坏(vinhas)他的(tasya)存在(vidyate),我的朋友(tta)啊,行善之人(kahchid)肯定(hi)不(na)(kalya-kit)堕入(gachchhati)恶道(durgati)。
