三十、瑜伽手印

The Nadis should be cleansed of their impurities by performingthe mudras, etc., (which are the practices relating to the air)asanas, Kumbhakas and various curiousmudras.經脈通過做手印得以清除雜質,等等;(與呼吸相關聯的練習)體式,懸息和各種奇妙的手印。
“Mudra”来源于梵语,本意是密封或留下烙印。瑜伽契合法是将细微的运动、手势等物理的表象具体为精神上的内涵。他们代表着一个传递着深奥思想的象征性语言。
瑜伽修行时手的姿势,又称印契。不同的手印对身心的影响是不同的,瑜伽的每种手印都蕴含着深刻的含义和功能,有助于引导我们来了解瑜伽世界的奥妙,象征特殊的愿力与姻缘,会产生相应的能量与反映。
智慧手印:
手掌向上,大拇指与食指相触,其他三指自然伸展
好处:
此手印代表人体小宇宙能量与大宇宙能量合一,即人与自然合一,可以让人很快进入平静的状态。
三十一、声瑜伽

By regular and close attention to Nada (anahata nada) in HathaYoga, a Brahmachari, sparing in diet, unattached to objects ofenjoyment, and devoted to Yoga, gains success, no doubt, within ayear.通過規律和密切註意哈他瑜伽裡的那達,一位註重節食、不沈迷於享受、且獻身於瑜伽的修行者,毫無疑問一年之內獲得成功。
声瑜伽(Nada yoga)。声瑜伽是瑜伽一个很重要的分支。Nada在梵文意为”聆听、和声音融为一体“。 声瑜伽利用声音的细微振动,调节身心,让我们与宇宙万物产生和谐共鸣。声瑜伽里有Mantra、 Kirtan、 Bhajan等不同的梵唱方式。Raga是印度的传统音乐,有浓浓的西塔琴味道,被认为能打通人体的72,000条气脉,对清除身体的堵塞和疾病很有助益。

三十二、节制饮食

Abstemious feeding is that in which 3/4 of hunger is satisfiedwith food, well cooked with ghee and sweets, and eaten with theoffering of it toSiva.節制的飲食是以食物的四分之三滿足飢餓者,用酥油和糖好好烹飪,與供食者享用,供奉希瓦神。

三十三、对瑜伽行者无益的食物
Foods injurious to a Yogi.

Bitter, sour, saltish, green vegetables, fermented, oily, mixedwith til seed, rape seed, intoxicating liquors, fish, meat, curds,chhaasa pulses, plums, oil-cake, asafoetida (hinga), garlic, onion,etc., should not beeaten.苦、酸、咸、綠色蔬菜,發酵的,油的,混合芝麻油、菜籽油,令人興奮的酒、魚、肉、凝乳、恰沙豆、李子、油餅、阿魏(植物树脂)、大蒜、洋蔥等不要吃。

Food heated again, dry, having too much salt, sour, minorgrains, and vegetables that cause burning sensation, should not beeaten. Fire, women, travelling, etc., should beavoided.再加熱的食物,風幹的,過於咸、酸、未成熟、雜糧和引起灼熱感覺的蔬菜,應該避免吃。激情、女人、旅行等,應該避免。
三十四、洁身自好

As said by Goraksa, one should keep aloof from the society ofthe evil-minded, fire, women, travelling, early morning bath,fasting, and all kinds of bodilyexertion.就像牧牛尊者所言,應該保持遠離邪惡的社會,避免激情、女人、旅行、晨浴、禁食和所有對身體的耗費。
三十五、对瑜伽行者有益的食物

Wheat, rice, barley, shastik (a kind of rice), good corns, milk,ghee, sugar, butter, sugarcandy, honey, dried ginger, Parwal (avegetable), the five vegetables, moong, pure water, these are verybeneficial to those who practiceYoga.小麥、水稻、大麥、薩斯提克(一種水稻)、好玉米、牛奶、酥油、糖、黃油、(冰糖)、蜂蜜、干姜、帕爾瓦(一種蔬菜)、五種蔬菜、豆類、純水,這些對瑜伽修行者非常有益。
三十六、营养食物

A yogi should eat tonics (things giving strength), wellsweetened, greasy (made with ghee), milk butter, etc., which mayincrease humors of the body, according to hisdesire.一個瑜伽行者應該吃強身的食物(提供能量的東西),好的甜品、多脂肪的(用酥油制成)、牛奶黃油、等等,根據他的需要,能增加身體的體液。
三十七、瑜伽不分老弱病残

Whether young, old or too old, sick or lean, one who discardslaziness, gets success if he practicesYoga.不論年輕、年長或者年老,生病或者體弱,如果他摒棄懶惰,練習瑜珈,就會成功。
三十八、练习、练习,一切随之而来

Success comes to him who is engaged in the practice. How can oneget success without practice; for by merely reading books on Yoga,one can never get success.
成功來自投身練習的人。沒有練習怎能成功;僅僅通過閱讀瑜伽書籍,不可能獲得成功。

Success cannot be attained by adopting a particular dress(Vesa). It cannot be gained by telling tales. Practice alone is themeans to success. This is true, there is no doubt.
成功不能採取穿奇特的衣服(Vesa ),或借講故事獲得。唯有練習才意味著通向成功。這是事實,毫無疑問。

asanas, various Kumbhakas, and other divine means, all should bepracticed in the practice of Hatha Yoga, till the fruit of RajaYoga is obtained.
體式,各種住氣法,以及其他非凡的方法,都應該在哈他瑜珈練習中加以實踐,直到達成聖王瑜珈之果。
