二、中文翻译

 让我们向最崇高的圣哲帕坦伽利致敬，

您编撰瑜伽成经，使我们满载平静与圣洁的正念， 

您规范梵语的语法，使之清晰与纯洁，

使之成为身心康泰的灵药。

让我们臣服在最崇高的圣哲帕坦伽利足下，

您是头大蛇王的化身，诞生尘世成为圣哲，

您上半身为人类的形态，

手持传递圣音的螺号，和超越时光的火轮， 

千头巨蟒被加冕于圣哲之首，

我们向教导善良知识的最高导师礼敬。

Yoga for consciousness, grammar for speech

medicine for the ills of the body;

he gave us these things the sage

Patañjali to whom I pay my respects.

His upper body (arms) of human form,

holding conch, discus, and sword,

thousand headed cobra (over his head)

I pay my respects to Patañjali.

四、英文翻译（版本2）

I bow before the nobelest of sages Patanjali, who gave yoga

for serenity and sanctity of mind, grammar for clarity and

purity of speech and medicine for pure, perfect health.

I prostrate before Patanjali who is crowned with a thousand

headed cobra, an incarnation of Adisesa whose upper body

has a human form, holding the conch in one arm, disk in the

second, a sword of wisdom to vanquish nescience in the

third and blessing humanity with the fourth arm, while his

lower body is a coiled snake.
