BOSTON  LEGAL第二季看到现在，最喜欢的不是天才ALAN，不是传说中本季重磅推出的美女Denise(当然啦，冒充FBI的那集真是相当的猛，叽里呱啦的意大利语还有手指头~~~)，也不是越来越诡异越来越健忘但是照样嬴case的Denny。

连我自己都米想到，居然会被Shirley这个老女人给迷住。难怪ALAN(还是DENNY？)曾经沮丧的说，women gets more and more attractive at your age, but man……

五十岁的老女人，脖子上起皱，笑起来全是褶子……但是还是喜欢她不动声色解决DENNY和PAUL的纠纷，喜欢她自作主张解雇了ALAN杀了人的秘书大妈，尤其喜欢她在万圣节案子上面的closing。

ALAN慷慨激昂延续将近五分钟的在黑寡妇案的closing一向被很多人当作本季的最佳closing, 看了一遍又一遍，没错，human stain, 永恒的主题，但只是一遍又一遍的human stain而已，看多了，也就不再被震撼，尤其Alan的口才，永远不会让人失望。如果说ALAN的closing是正午耀眼的阳光，Shirley的就是傍晚挂在天边的一抹夕阳，没有胜利作为注脚，但还是让人永远记住。

回到这个案子上来，本来是基督教家庭和巫师家庭联合控告学校万圣节请的女巫太恐怖，使得一方感觉信仰受到侵犯，一方形象被摸黑的纠纷案子，crossing的过程当中，联合控告的两家甚至因为信仰问题大打出手，原以为又是编剧一贯的怪诞路子，没想到最后祭出一招关于tolerance的closing，于是被震在当场。

废话不说，把Shirley的原句录在下面，但失去了她的抑扬顿挫和梅红色框架眼镜实在是减色不少……

tolerance. Whether it’s Hindus attacking Jews, or Muslims against Catholics, Christians fighting with Wiccans. The aim of the law is tolerance. And I could be wrong but I don’t think we ever ratified persecution under the heading of fun. Let me read you something by Martin Nummular a German pastor who opposed the Nazis. In Germany they came first for the communists and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a communist. Then they came for the Jews and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionist and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Protestant. Then they came for me and by that time there was no one left to speak up……

最后再说一句，第二季感觉比第一季更上了一个台阶，不仅更搞笑（太无厘头了，昨儿都笑的眼泪出来了……）另外也触及到很多敏感的问题，比如贫富差距，伊拉克战争等等。难怪两夺艾美奖，果然就是牛啊……有这种编剧活在世上，绝对是同行的灾难……
