【摩羯座】
MONTHLY OVERVIEW
Rest. Go. Rest. Go. That seems to be the pace of your life this
month. The Sun is in Scorpio, your 11th house of networking and
groups, until the 23rd. Party season starts early for you, and you
could have a full social schedule for the first three weeks of the
month. An online project or a collaborative effort gets a boost
now. However, you’ll definitely need breaks and alone time all
month. Throughout November, a bevy of planets visit Sagittarius,
your 12th house of rest, healing and closure. A part of you feels a
little detached from the crowd, and you could be consumed by some
emotional processing. Plan on getting extra sleep, and take care
not to burn the candle at both ends.
The brightest spot this month is the second week of November. On
the 9th, foggy Neptune ends a four-month retrograde in your
money-and-work house. If you’ve been bleeding cash or you’ve had a
hard time focusing on your job, matters will improve. The next day,
a Taurus full moon shines its high-beams into your passionate fifth
house. Love, creativity and some spicy action could be on tap. A
pregnancy is also possible. That same day, activator Mars begins an
eight-month visit to Virgo, your ninth house of travel, study,
publishing and inspiration. Between now and July, you could decide
to return to school, see more of the world or answer the call of
the blogosphere. A long-distance client or a project related to
global issues could also land in your lap.
Got unfinished business? On November 23, communication planet
Mercury goes retrograde (backward) in Sagittarius until December
13. Over Thanksgiving, an old wound could reopen, and this time it
needs to be properly healed. You may have a pile of work that you
have to drag home for the holiday, or a relative could exhaust your
resources with neediness. This is a chance to draw the line between
being dutiful and a doormat. Being a good person doesn’t mean that
you sacrifice beyond your capacity. You need support, too,
Capricorn!
On the 25th, a Sagittarius solar eclipse could bring surprising
news or a change of plans that demands a challenging adjustment.
Just be careful not to listen to rumors, because you could get
unnecessarily caught up in the rumor mill. A hidden agenda could
come out into the open — perhaps someone you trusted isn’t as
worthy of your loyalty as you thought. You may also get a strong
intuitive hit that you decide to follow, and you might finally get
the guts to walk away from an unhappy situation. Capricorn, if
you’ve been dragging something out past its prime, this eclipse
will help you create closure for once and for all.
Mercury retrograde is notorious for causing travel and technology
issues, so be sure to back up your computer and hit the road early
if you’re traveling over the holidays. Remember the crazy airport
delays over Christmas 2010? This is a rerun of that same
retrograde, so prepare accordingly. Stock your e-reader and have a
Plan B. Think spare tires, travel insurance, and a carry-on with
your toothbrush and a full outfit in case your luggage arrives
later than you do.
LOVE & ROMANCE
When it comes to love, there’s no better day than November 10. The
Taurus full moon illuminates your fifth house of romance and
passion, shooting off quite a display of fireworks. While tempers
can also flare under this dramatic moon, the presence of benevolent
Jupiter in Taurus boosts the happy vibes. Jupiter is the planet of
luck, optimism and abundance. You’ll be more willing to take a
chance and express yourself in matters of the heart. Single Caps,
you could be fielding multiple admirers, so enjoy your “land of
plenty” and let ’em compete for the prize: you! The fifth house
rules fertility, so if you’re trying to get pregnant, you could
have extra luck — and with bountiful Jupiter here, you might need a
double stroller in nine months. Enjoy this day, and let yourself
wear your heart on your sleeve.
Otherwise, your mojo is a little muted this month. There’s a
grievance you need to air, a wound to heal, or a torch to snuff.
Love planet Venus is in Sagittarius, your 12th house of endings and
surrender. Are you trying to control the direction of your love
life? Drop the dictator routine, because it’s zapping the joy out
of everything. You may be feeling especially nostalgic, perhaps
even pining for “the one that got away,” or comparing your current
partner to an ex. Some bitterness might even surface if things
ended badly (of course, if they weren’t bad, why would you have
ended it, right?)
This wool-gathering tendency will get even stronger while Mercury
goes retrograde (backward) in Sagittarius from November 23 through
December 13. An unexpected reunion with said ex-love could even
happen during the holiday weekend. Are there still feelings on both
sides? Some of you could actually get a chance for a do-over, and
you might even get it right this time.
Over Thanksgiving, the Sagittarius new moon/solar eclipse could
bring something hidden out into the open. Eclipses make things very
black-and-white, so this one can help you decide by revealing a
person’s true colors. You may be a little emotionally disoriented
at the eclipse, so don’t make any rash moves while you’re in
reactive mode. If you’re still carrying the negative energy of a
bygone relationship (or holding a transgression over your current
partner’s head), use the eclipse to forgive and release. Yeah, you
may have been ripped off, short-sheeted and done wrong. But as the
saying goes, resentment is like drinking the poison and hoping the
other person dies. Clear the way for a new chapter in your love
life now.
If you’ve done your closure work, the Sagittarius eclipse could
bring a divinely arranged meeting with a soul mate. A pregnancy or
a proposal is also possible, as the 12th house can spin romantic
fantasies. Call upon guides, ancestors and guardian angels for help
with your wishes, and watch for signs. They’ll come to you loud and
clear at the end of November. On the 26th, Venus blessedly moves
into Capricorn, helping you feel hopeful and attractive again. Dust
yourself off and get back out there.
MONEY & CAREER
You’re normally super-productive on the job, but since June, work
has been a little overwhelming for many Caps. Sitting still,
concentrating for long stretches, staying focused on your goals —
normally a breeze for you, right? Well, thanks to foggy Neptune’s
retrograde (backward) spin in Aquarius, your money-and-work house,
the last four months have been a bit of a bust for many Capricorns.
Everything just seemed harder, whether it was or not. Fortunately,
Neptune resumes direct (forward) motion on November 9, helping you
snap out of that daytime daze. Then in February, Neptune will leave
Aquarius for good, never to return in this lifetime. There’s
something to look forward to, eh?
Neptune retrograde may have created a bit of a financial drain, or
some unforeseen expenses. You may have funneled your money into
paying off old bills, especially medical ones. Or, you just may
have felt hopeless about your finances, as Neptune can create a
fearful mind-set. When Neptune goes direct, you’ll come up with
some creative cash-boosting ideas. If you’re job-hunting, search
for companies with a philanthropic element, or even apply to a
nonprofit.
Considering a return to school? Thinking of starting a new
business? On November 11, a golden eight-month window opens for
taking an enterprising risk. Go-getter Mars moves into Virgo, your
ninth house of expansion, education and global affairs. What might
appeal now: study- or teach-abroad programs, a startup company, or
pursuing a college degree. You may begin working virtually, which
will give you an exciting dose of freedom (think making money while
sitting on the beach). However, the lack of structure can also
stress out your habit-loving sign. You like knowing what to expect,
and when each day is different, that can bring its own set of
challenges. Entrepreneurial Caps might want to rent a desk in a
shared office space or find creative ways to build community. The
fascinating people you meet will surely keep you inspired, so even
if you don’t quit your day job, you’ll definitely want to join a
Meetup or an interest-based group to keep new energy coming
in.
Had enough of your current situation? The Sagittarius solar eclipse
on November 25 could inspire you to make a radical change. One
chapter could suddenly close, or someone in your department could
leave, which may startle you at first. Or, if you’ve made one too
many sacrifices, you may just hit rock bottom. On a positive note,
you could receive an intriguing offer or a chance to work on a
project with a philanthropic or spiritual twist. The eclipse also
urges you to balance your life. Maybe it’s time to start taking
those lunchtime yoga breaks already.
HEALTH: MIND, BODY & SOUL
You can’t ignore your emotions for another second, Capricorn. All
month, planets visiting Sagittarius bring you dangerously close to
burnout, and you need to heed your body’s demands. Sagittarius
rules your 12th house of healing and the subconscious. Extra sleep
not only staves off an early winter bout with the flu, it also
helps your mind process some emotional buildup. Your dreams are
especially symbolic now, and you could be working through a year’s
worth of baggage in your sleep. Journaling, meditation, yoga and
self-help books are also useful now. Start asking for support
instead of soldiering forward with a brave face.
Is someone in your circle — even your family — bringing you down?
Over Thanksgiving, Mercury retrograde and a solar eclipse fall in
your hidden-agendas sector. You may become privy to an unsettling
secret, or you might just see someone’s ugly, unsupportive side. A
family member could be having a tough time over the holidays,
especially if there’s been a recent loss. You’re so often the rock
in your clan, but this year someone else needs to pick up the
slack. Don’t let a weekend slated for relaxation turn into a
draining time playing therapist or carrying other people’s
burdens.
