I got up at 8am this
morning. I always go to bed late and get up late. Biologically I am
a late bird, going to bed at 11pm and read till
12pm. This way I am able to sleep well.
The first thing in the
morning is to go for a swim. Half an hour swimming makes me feel
enegatic and happy.
Breakfast after swimming
tasted so nice. I had two toasts, one yoghurt, five plums and a cup
of tea. I make sure drinking plenty of water all the time.
Then I read the newspaper,
New Zealand Herald, aloud. Today I read a commentary about Lust,
Caution,李安's film.Suddenly I had the
strong impulse that I wanted to write a screenplay
and invite 李安 to be the director. It is called
Love&Repression, which is based on my real life experience. I
finished about 500 English words and then my mind didn't want to
work any more, so I went to the sitting room and started reading.
As I am writing a book called the Health Revolution:Alexander
Technique, I need to do lots of reading to enhance my brain.
Luckily I always enjoy reading. I can't live one day without
reading just like I can't last one day without eating.
Standing in the kitchen, I
had my small and symple lunch. To stand is a good exercise. I
always eat lunch standing.
After lunch, I came to my
compter and wrote some articles for my blog. Very enjoyable.
It took me 20 minutes
cooking dinner. I fried salmon and cut some fresh salad for Ian and
I. We watched the NZ news on TV whilst eating.
After dinner we both went
to the garden and do some job. Today I planted a colour
lily at the front garden. The garden is about
1,000 square meters. It needs lots of working. Luckily I have some
workers to help me and I have cleaners to look after the house,
which is 400 square metres inside, too big for two old buggers!
When the day was getting
dark, I watched a DVD movie. I do it every day. Tonight, I watched
Life Show by 池莉 .It is a good story but the
pretty actress's acting skill is very poor. She
ruins 池莉's works.
Ian was watching another
DVD in the downstair lounge and smokes his pipe.
