解答：

花了15元→买了15个糖.  

Use the wrappers to exchange to 5 candies

use 3 of the 5 new wrappers to get another candy
有3个包装纸→换了1个糖.  

Now use the remaining 2 plus the last wrapper to get the last candy 
剩下2张，加上最后 1张→ 又换了1个糖 
总共:15+5+1+1=22.  

total: 15+5+1+1=22
