虎妈妈与猪宝宝 Tiger Mother And Pig Baby

In a zoo in California , a mother tiger gave birth to a
rare set of triplet tiger
cubs.Unfortunately, due
to complications in the pregnancy, the cubs were
born prematurelyand due to
their tiny size,
they
died shortly after birth.
在加州的一个动物园中，一只母虎生下了稀有的三只虎幼仔。不幸的是由于怀孕中的种种原因，母虎早产的虎幼仔由于太小，在它们出生后不久先后死了。

in health, although

veterinarians felt that the loss of her
litter had caused thetigress to fall into

After checking with many other zoos across the country,
the depressing news
was that
therewere no tiger
cubs of the right age to
introduce to the mourning mother.
The veterinarians decided to try
something that had never been tried in a
zoo environment. Sometimes a
mother of one species will take
on the care of a different
species.
查遍了各地动物园，郁闷的是没有关于母虎失去幼虎导致悲伤的介绍和消息。兽医决定尝试在动物园中做从未做过的事情。有时一个母亲会承担对不同种的孩子照料。
The only orphans' that could be found quickly, were a
litter of weanling
pigs. The zoo keepers and vets wrapped
the piglets in tiger skin
and placed the babies around the
mother tiger.
兽医很快地找到了唯一可能成为孤儿——刚断奶的猪宝宝。
