十月是收获的季节，辛苦了一年的网站做好了，作为太极心灵代表队一行十人，10月初去日本参加第三届全日本国际健身养生大会，为日本养生爱好者赠送《五气朝元》版画200张，这是送给日本友人的200颗金丹。在大会期间，做半小时的金丹大道网站推介。

《五气朝元》是五脏得了宇宙元气，五脏转阳，放出五色光。壮大人体先天光的系统，加强了人与天的联系，会消除疾病，延长寿命，《五气朝元》就是传说中的金丹。

五脏神的名字：心神丹元、肝神龙烟、肺神皓华、脾神常在、肾神玄冥。青龙、白虎、朱雀、玄武、黄凤代表了28星宿。 

Five Qi Chao Yuan(Five-color lights surround the light of original nature): Whenthe five internal organs get theyuan Qi of the universe, they turn yangand release five-color lights. It reinforces the primal light system of the human body and strengthens the connection between the human and the heaven, so that thediseases will be eliminated andlifebe prolonged. “Five Qi Chao Yuan” is the legendary golden elixir.

The name of the spirits of the five internal organs: Danyuan (the Heart Spirit), Longyan (the Liver Spirit), Haohua (the Lung Spirit), Changzai (the Spleen Spirit), Xuanming (the Kidney Spirit). The cyan Loong, white tiger, rosefinch, black Xuan Wu, yellow phoenix represent the 28 stars.
