collect... thx 很多开车的人都有驾照被扣分的经验。“驾照被扣分”用英文怎么说？恐怕你很难想到，用的是endorse这个词！例如：
He also
had his licence endorsed with eight penalty points.
他的驾照还被扣了八分。
原来endorse是英国的说法，意思是“在驾照上记录违章事项”（据LDCE）。不知其他英语国家有无不同的专门说法。总之，不论在哪个国家，把所扣的分叫做penalty
points，应该是没什么问题的。
上网查了查，“驾照扣分制度”叫做demerit point system：
A demerit
point system is one in which a driver's licensing authority, police force, or other organization issues
cumulative demerits, or points to drivers on conviction for
road traffic offenses.(Wikipedia)
