i was originally hoping to get online tonight and “catch up” with everyone; to thank everyone for coming out to support the past few events... however, something happened tonight that really upset me quite a bit that i feel i need to address first. 

i want to say sorry to all the fans tonight.  we didn’t find out until after we arrived at the event that the fans had been waiting outside for hours and then finally barred from entering!  when my company ppl found out, they were very upset, bc my company was told to contact fans to come, and were told that they would have a certain number of tickets designated for fans, but then when the fans arrived, they were turned away at the door.  apparently, they had filled up the seats with other people and then discovered there wasn’t enough room for the fans.  the situation was bad enough and then those ppl at the door didn’t handle it in the best way.  i’m so sorry that the fans were treated unfairly, having been invited to attend, to come out and wait for so long and then finally be denied entry in such an unkind manner... 

even when we were in 福建 for autograph sessions and there were more fans than anticipated, the organizers tried their best to get more cds, even getting cds sent over from different cities, and then thought of ways to compensate those fans who were unable to get cds that day.  situations are bound to arise from time to time that you didn't expect, and sometimes there isn’t much you can do, but i feel that the organizers from福建 really tried to handle things properly. 

i am very sorry this time was not the same, and i hope that the fans who came out tonight will not hold it against the fan who asked you all to come, or bear bad feelings towards our wingman employees.  we all feel awful about this, especially bc we were unable to help or control the circumstances.  we even wanted to go out and talk to the fans personally but by the time we even found out, the fans had already left.  once again, i apologize, and i really hope this does not happen again...

我本来希望今天晚上上网可以“赶上”大家，想感谢每个出来支持之前几个活动的人...但是，今天晚上发生的一些事情真的让我觉得很烦恼，让我觉得有必要先说一下。
我想说对不起给今天晚上所有的歌迷。我们到了活动现场，才知道歌迷在外面等了几个小时然后被拒绝进入。当我的公司人员发现，他们很烦恼，因为我们公司接到通知去联系歌迷来，然后告诉他们有一定数量票是为歌迷安排的，但是当歌迷到达的时候，他们被关在门外面。很明显，他们把位置填满了别的人，然后发现没有足够的位置给歌迷了。情况真的很糟糕，而且门口的人也没有最好的处理事情。我真的很抱歉歌迷受到不公平的待遇，被邀请出席，出来等了那么长时间，最后遇到拒绝进入这么不礼貌的事情...
甚至我们在福建举办签售会的时候，那里有比想象中多的歌迷，主办单位尽他们最大努力去拿到更多的CD，甚至从别的城市拿CD，然后想尽一切办法去补偿那些那天不能够拿到CD的歌迷。情形偶尔会产生很多你意想不到的情况，而且有时候没有太多你可以做的，但是我觉得福建的主办单位真的处理事情很恰当。
我真的非常抱歉这次不能一样，我真的希望今天晚上出来的歌迷不要抵制叫你来的歌迷，或者对我们翼星的工作人员有不好的感觉.我们真的对此觉得很糟糕,特别的我们不能够帮助和控制情形.我们甚至想走出去然后亲自和歌迷说话,但是直到我们发现的时候,歌迷都已经走了.再说一次，我道歉，我真的不希望这类事情在次发生...
