   文摘 国内外的研究表明：阅读疗法对治疗抑郁症具有费用低、副作用小、疗效显著的优点。抗抑郁书方的研制是世界各国阅读疗法研究的重点。该文根据多年大学生抑郁症阅读疗法书方研究经验，以《生命的重建》为例，介绍了这本抗抑郁有效验方的研制过程及其适应症、作用、服用方法、注意事项等。分析了该书的药性及作用机制，提出了阅读疗法书方研制要遵循科学化、规范化的原则。

A preliminary study to single-drug prescription style of depression reading therapy--take“you can heal your life”as example

Abstract:The domestic and foreign researches show that reading therapy for the treatment of depression has the advantages of low cost, small side effects and distinct curative effect.The development of anti-depressant book party is the key point of reading therapy research around the world.In this paper, according to the college students' depression reading therapy book prescription research experience for many years, in the reconstruction of the "you can heal your life" for example, this paper introduces the process of development of the effective antidepressant book prescriptions and its indications, functions, using methods and matters needing attention,etc. Analyzed the medicinal properties and mechanism of action, put forward reading therapy book prescription development should follow the principle of scientific and standardized.
