actual and actually          
     Typical mistakes:
     *Unemployment is a very actual problem.
     *The population of London used to be higher than actually.

     To talk about things that are going on at the moment, we use, for example, present, up-to-date, current, topical, just now, at the moment, at present.
说此时正在发生的事，使用present, up-to-date, current, topical, just now, at the moment, at present

        Unemployment is a current problem.（失业是当前的问题）
        The population of London used to be higher than at present.（伦敦的人口过去比现在多）

     Actual and actually are not used in this sense. They mean almost the same as real and really, or in fact, and they are used mostly to correct misunderstandings, or to introduce unexpected information.
这种意思时，不使用actual和actually。它们的意思几乎与real和really或in fact一样，它们常用于纠正错误，或介绍意外的信息。

        The book says be was 47 when be died, but his actual age was 45.（书上说他死的时候47岁）
        'Hello, John. Nice to see you again.' - 'Actually, my name's Andy.'（‘你好，约翰。很高兴又见到你。’——‘其实，我叫安迪’）
        'Could I speak to Mary?' - 'Well, she's on holiday, actually.'（‘找一下麦瑞？’——‘啊，她现在度假去了。’）
     We often use actually in apologies (to 'break news gently').

        'How did you get on with my car?' （你怎么敲我的车）- 'Well, actually, I'm terribly sorry, I'm afraid I had a crash.'（啊，实在对不起，其实我撞车了）
