第七课    中元音[ə ]  外号：轻读卷舌音

发音秘诀：

1.     发音时，舌端离下齿，舌中部抬高，舌位中低。

2.    牙床半合，与  / ε/ 音相似，双唇略扁平，稍放松。

3.    发音与/ ε  /  相似，但要短一点、弱一点。

4.    这个音只出现在非重读且带“r”的音节中。

5.    空上卷舌音最常出现在词尾，常字母组合为“er”、“or”或“ur”、“ar”。也可能出现在词中非重读音节。

6.    发音时我们要特别注意没有/ ε/和/ ə / 这两个都带有“小尾巴”的卷舌元音，因为它们是最有“美国味”的特色元音。

1. bother   打搅

5. performance  [pə'fɔ:məns]  演出；执行

    We went to a concert last night.我们昨晚去听音乐会了。

       He is a master of spoken English.他是一名英语口语高手。

     He  is a famous actor.他是个著名的演员。

  (1)  He’s a doctor of science.   他是个理科博士。

  (2)   I feel sick . I think I need to see a doctor.   我觉得不舒服，我想我得去看医生。
