now we see " lights in the end of the tunnel" since the JSW is part of a combined healthcare government body. The ex-leader of the JSW is now given a new job that's almost a joke - leader of Supply Chain ( which is a job created during the 50's in the planned economy). So there seems to be a signal. However, it is still unclear whether the new government will modify its birth control policy. For sure, more and more people are cursing this policy and become more and more impatient to have a 2nd child. Given another 2-3 month, the signal should become clearer.

A note, in big cities, JSW does not force people to go for abortion. However, some will force women to get a sterilization after delivery to a young baby. In the rural area, there could breed tragedies. Also, if you could afford to pay the fine, it is ok. But the policy says if your income is above the average, the penalty is based on 2-6 times of family annual income! Just imagine...
