I try to be the least prescriptive as I could but as a Chinese citizen, I think, I might be entitled to say a few words. If this time we are up for a real deal, not " big thunder, small rain" type of back-massage, there are a few things we need to do in order to have a breakthrough.

First, change 1 party rule situation. Only way to do this is to announce a general election date when all parties nominees could run for election for the top job. This way, a 2nd party other than CCP would emerge almost immediately.

Second, dramatically eliminate the power of CCP Propaganda Department, GuangDiang Zong JU, Wenhua Bu, Publishing Zongshu in order to have a free press system;

Third, privatize CCTV;

Fourth, separate government asset from CCP asset.

Fifth, separate religion from state. Government no longer rules churches, temples...etc.

Sixth, establish supreme court as the ultimate interpreter of law.
