A design house in Shenzhen said to public that the company had already launched the first domestic Android handset. The company named Chuangyang Telecommunication, according to its product profile, this handset was pre-installed many Internet applications, supplies Wi-Fi, but it doesn’t support EDGE and 3G network.

The estimated retail price was a little bit higher over 1000 Yuan. Chuangyang was responsible for hardware driver and some application R & D. and another company named Maxitech made the main part software R & D.  Maxitech was a mobile Internet application service provider; its tech. team was mainly Korean. And the CEO of Chuangyang is also in the broad of Maxitech.

As the partner of Chuangyang, Maxitech is working with some foreign carriers to R & D push mail application. Their target was Blackberry and iPhone. They hope that in the future, they are able to supply 80% high-end product function with 40% to 60% hardware cost and software and service cost lower than 10%, and throw away that ‘20% function’ which was used only by 5% persons.

Some analysts accepted media interview, including Analyst from BDA, they don't know much about Chuangyang Telecommunication, so there's no commence on this in public.
