争鸣:我(教旅游英语专业)认为,中国菜系,严格讲应该是汉族菜系,只能归为四大类:鲁菜(山东,特点海鲜),粤菜(广东,特点清淡),淮阳菜(江浙,特点咸甜),川湘菜(川湘,特点辣麻)。其它菜都可归到这四大系里。
