Parents are receiving G/T testing letters in the U.S. mail today.

The scores that are reported in each letter are accurate. However, due to a software glitch, every letter that went home to parents states that their students are eligible for G/T class(es).

We are sorry to report that we did not catch the glitch before the letters were mailed.

Although all of the scores are correct in the score report that is included with the letter, the statement of eligibility written in the letter is not necessarily accurate.

So, even those students whose scores are below the minimum eligibility scores, received letters of eligibility and parent permission forms.

We have just become aware of this error and greatly apologize that it has occurred. New letters will be mailed as soon as possible.
