在成都举行的中欧社会论坛告一个段落。会议进行的紧张、有序而富有成效。

    公共服务小组在中国和欧洲各位参会者的努力下，作为这些论坛第一阶段的成果之一，从80多个问题中，遴选出5个大家认为比较关键的问题，它们是：

1、在不同区域发展水平存在的情况下，能否建立统一的公共服务标准？

Can we establish and ensure a unified standard of public service in different regions?

2、如何实现政府、社会组织、企业、民众之间的合作治理？

How do we meet the cooperated-governance between government, society, enterprises and citizens?

3、我们如何定义规制？怎样从不同的公共服务目标和层面实现规制监管？

4、在绿色经济中，公共服务的重要性体现在哪些方面？公共服务能为绿色经济做出哪些具体贡献？

What’s the importance of public service for green economy and what can public service do for  green economy?

5、如何解决公共服务资源缺乏与无限需求之间的矛盾？

How to solve the conflicts between the insufficiency of public service resources and the endless demand of public service?
