Whatever else you do this summer, make sure you put 27^th August at Haydock Park in your diary today for a spectacular ‘PROMS AT THE PARK’ event which will culminate in a magnificent firework display.  What can be better than having a good night out with a good old patriotic sing-song - and the bonus of knowing that you are supporting people with a life-limiting illness.  After all none of us ever know…

The event is being organised by Wigan & Leigh Hospice, in association with Bolton, St. Helens, Southport and Warrington Hospices at Haydock Park Racecourse on August Bank Holiday Sunday, the 27^th – in the first ever ‘PROMS AT THE PARK’ concert.  A fun-raising spectacular featuring The Northern Chamber Orchestra Symphonia, brilliant young soloist Sara Lawson, and the incredibly talented Andy Prior as compere.
