本单元主要围绕健康状况讨论学习并掌握用英语表达人体器官，日常生活中人们常见疾病、健康问题以及如何提出合理建议的各种表达法，如何用英语谈论疾病，如何描述健康状况。语法学习情态动词should、shouldn’t提出意见或建议和询问健康状况。主要句型有：

1）What’s the matter?

2）I’ve had a headache.

3）You should/ shouldn’t drink some tea.

4）That’s a good idea.

5）I have a sore throat.

6）That’s too bad. I hope you feel better soon.

7）It’s easy to stay healthy, and it’s important to eat a balanced diet.

8）You shouldn’t eat too much yin food when you’re tired.
