Last November, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts announced the grand opening of The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort, the eagerly anticipated crown jewellery along Yalong Bay, China’s premiere resort destination on the golden coastline.  Located on the best beach in Hainan island, The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort will define a new standard of luxury for visitors to Hainan with its exceptional luxury, bespoke services and fabulous landscape.

The General Manager Mr. Sunny Heng is a veteran hotelier with more than 30 years experience. He comes to the St. Regis after two years as General Manager at the Westin Tianjin and, before that, six years as General Manager of the Sheraton Tianjin Hotel. Consequently, he is well versed in the Starwood brand of superior service and commitment to guest comfort. “Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. has nine brands, which shoulder different missions and responsibilities like nine people with distinctive personalities.
